Angela is a Senior Consultant at The Hayes Group International, specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, strategic thinking, and talent management. With over 20 years of experience, she works closely with senior executives and mid-level leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities, build high-performing teams, and successfully navigate organizational change. Her coaching focuses on helping clients transition to new roles, develop critical decision-making and strategic thinking skills, and align leadership practices with business goals to drive measurable impact.
Angela has a proven track record of delivering leadership development programs and executive coaching across various industries. She has worked with organizations such as General Dynamics, Gulfstream Aerospace, CoStar, MSA Safety, UPMC Healthplan, and Comcast Corporation. Notably, Angela served as the Director of Corporate and Executive Education at Duquesne University, where she led the design and launch of the Women’s Executive Leadership Program, which has been running for over 15 years. She has also worked with Westinghouse on strategic initiatives in supply chain management and new business development.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University. Passionate about leadership development, she continues to teach in Duquesne University’s Women’s Executive Leadership Program and is dedicated to fostering the growth of future leaders.
