Pat is also certified as an Extraordinary Leader© trainer and has led coaching engagements across a diverse range of industries, from telecommunications to finance to manufacturing.
Pat’s coaching expertise is built on a rich background in marketing, project management, and corporate affairs, complemented by ten years of experience in talent management and organizational development in the Middle East. As the Head of Talent Management for National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia, Pat developed talent processes that successfully aligned with the bank’s strategic goals, while also fostering leadership capabilities across the organization. She has also worked as a senior consultant and executive coach at a Cairo-based Organizational Development firm, where she designed and facilitated leadership development programs for senior executives and emerging talent. Pat’s impact is evident in her ability to lead teams through Appreciative Inquiry processes, build mentoring frameworks, and help organizations grow their internal leadership capacity.
Pat’s clients have included international organizations such as KPMG, Hilton Hotels, Zain Telecommunications, Dow Chemical, and Proctor & Gamble, as well as numerous U.S.-based and regional firms. She holds a BA from Villa Maria College and an advanced Diploma in Clinical Organizational Psychology from INSEAD, Europe’s leading business school. Additionally, she is certified in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD.
