Vievette Henry is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of global leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. Specializing in leadership development, talent management, and organizational design, Vievette has coached C-suite leaders, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and CHROs, and served as a trusted advisor to senior executives. Her expertise spans financial services, pharmaceuticals, and academia, where she has led global teams and partnered with business leaders to drive organizational transformation and improve team dynamics.
Most recently, Vievette served as Chief People Officer at SiriusPoint, a global insurance and reinsurance underwriter, where she played a pivotal role in the merger of Third Point Reinsurance and Sirius Group. In this role, she was the trusted partner and coach to the CEO, leading the CHRO function and governance strategy, and overseeing a $50M budget and a team of 40 employees. Vievette helped build a new business unit that now generates approximately $1 billion in annual revenue, including hiring new C-suite leaders and executing a major organizational restructuring.
Previously, Vievette was the Global Head of Talent & Chief Diversity Officer at AIG, where she managed talent management, succession planning, and organizational transformation for a global workforce of 50,000 employees. She also led a $30M annual operating budget and developed tailored coaching programs for over 5,000 senior executives worldwide
Vievette holds an MBA in General Management from Townsend School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from Clarke University. She is a certified Diversity Professional (CDP) and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Vievette serves on the boards of Girls Scouts USA and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and World 50.
