Vievette Henry is a season executive with over 25 years of global leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries. She is well versed in leadership and talent management, coaching leaders and a trusted advisor to the C-suite. For the past 25 years, Vievette has led global teams and coached leaders across several industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, and academia, where she led teams and partnered with business leaders to enhance organizational design and team dynamics. Vievette has been an executive coach to a number of functional leaders across the C-suite, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and CHROs. Vievette is passionate about organizational/team management, coaching, organizational design, succession planning and sponsorship.
Most recently, she was the Chief People Officer at SiriusPoint, a global underwriter of insurance and reinsurance where she not only serves as the trusted partner and coach to the CEO, but also led the CHRO function and the governance strategy of a newly formed organization following the merger of Third Point Reinsurance and Sirius Group. In this role, she was responsible for a $50M annual operating budget and 40 employees. At SiriusPoint, Vievette played a vital role in hiring new C-suite and senior management teams in a major organizational restructuring and helped to build a brand new business (insurance, and services), now accounting ~$1BN annual revenue.
Prior to that, Vievette served as the Global Head of Talent & Chief Diversity Officer at AIG, where she oversaw talent management, organization design, succession planning, workforce planning, and transformation across the entire global 50,000-employee organization while leading a $30M annual operating budget and 30 employees. She orchestrated and executed a successful search for a new CEO within just 8 months and developed customized coaching programs for over 5,000 senior executives worldwide.
Vievette holds a Master of Business Administration in General Management from the Townsend School of Business, Dowling College, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Clarke University. She is also a certified Diversity Professional (CDP) and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Vievette serves on the Boards of the Girls Scouts USA and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, World 50, and Deloitte Women in Insurance. She has been a keynote speaker on Diversity & Inclusion, systemic inequality and racial injustice.
