We offer a series of four off-site meetings, each tailored to your organization’s needs and spread throughout the year. Each session is designed with specific objectives to drive your team toward success.
Meeting Structure
- Session 1: Teamwork – Good to Great
The first session focuses on team dynamics and action planning. We explore key questions to foster collaboration and build trust, such as:- How can we work together more effectively?
- How do we handle conflict and influence without authority?
- How do we build trust within the team and with the broader organization?
- Session 2: Focus on the Future
This session helps refine the team and organization’s vision. It focuses on key strategic questions, such as:- Where are we going, and what steps do we need to take to get there?
- What industry trends should we consider in shaping our vision?
- What changes must we make to make this vision a reality?
- Session 3: Getting Our Word Out
In this session, we focus on communication strategies, helping the team align on how to share and promote their vision effectively. Topics include:- How do we communicate our vision internally and externally?
- How do we simplify our message and ensure everyone is on the same page?
- How do we tell the story of our team and organization?
- Session 4: Moving Forward
The final session focuses on implementing the actions discussed in previous meetings and solidifying the team’s direction for the future. We review progress and ensure the team is ready to move forward with their new vision and strategies.
Hayes’ Role
Our consultants will work with you to develop an interactive, results-oriented agenda, conduct pre-meeting interviews (as needed), and facilitate the sessions to ensure productive discussions. We also provide ongoing accountability through our quarterly “check-in” process to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
