She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Virginia Tech and a Master of Arts in Education from Wake Forest University. Nancy has also participated in executive learning forums with IBM, Cisco, and Google and holds certifications in project management and the Executive Coaching Certification Process (ECCP).
