Kenneth Rogers, M.A.

Kenneth Rogers is a Senior Consultant with The Hayes Group International, specializing in executive coaching, talent management, change management, and organizational development. With a proven track record of building best-in-class initiatives, Kenneth helps leaders and organizations unlock their potential by improving business processes and developing people. His expertise spans a broad range of industries, from aerospace to pharmaceuticals, and he is passionate about mentoring and improving the lives of others.

Kenneth’s extensive career includes over 25 years in corporate executive roles, director positions, and consulting for global Fortune 500 companies in sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, and food & beverage. He has successfully built strategic partnerships, developed leadership programs, and provided people solutions for key business needs. During his tenure in Texas, his company was recognized with the “Texas Employer of the Year” award by the Texas Workforce Commission. Additionally, Kenneth has lived and worked in 10 cities across five countries, enriching his ability to lead in diverse, cross-cultural environments.

A frequent motivational speaker and presenter, Kenneth has shared his insights at numerous conferences, including the American Management Association Leadership Conference, the National Urban League’s University Corporate Executive Exchange Program, and the Texas Workforce Commission Annual Conference. He has also served on the boards of several organizations, including Christus St. Joseph Hospital Paris and the Girl Scouts of North East Texas.

Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from John F. Kennedy University. He is also a certified diversity trainer and is trained in various personality and talent assessment tools. Kenneth is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
