Kevin Dutton is a Senior Consultant with The Hayes Group International, specializing in financial strategy, cost management, and leadership coaching. With 33 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including 28 years with Gulfstream Aerospace, Kevin helps organizations drive financial performance while ensuring they have the necessary resources to execute business strategies. He works closely with leaders to develop financial plans that align with operational goals and build organizational capacity for sustainable growth.
In his most recent role as Vice President of Operations Finance at Gulfstream Aerospace, Kevin led financial functions across the U.S. and Mexico. He developed and implemented financial strategies for both Production and Completions Manufacturing, played a key role in business plan development, and collaborated with leaders to set and achieve operational targets. Kevin’s work extended to contract negotiations with key suppliers and financial oversight for Gulfstream’s large-cabin programs, including a major facility in Mexicali, Mexico.
Kevin is also dedicated to leadership development. He has mentored and coached leaders at all levels through Gulfstream’s Leadership and Management Development Programs, helping them become better communicators and strategic thinkers. His leadership roles have included serving on the ERP Implementation Steering Committee, the Continuous Improvement Steering Committee, and an Enterprise-Wide Team focused on communication.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Georgia Southern University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.
