Melissa Hale

Melissa Hale is a Senior Consultant at The Hayes Group International, with over 20 years of experience in military and business leadership . Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Product Management & Marketing at Gogo Business Aviation, where she led product strategy and a dynamic marketing team.Before Gogo, Melissa spent 13 years at Gulfstream Aerospace, overseeing Completions Operations, Interior Design, and Customer Program Management, and served as Executive Advisor to the President. A former C-130 pilot in the U.S. Air Force, she has combat experience from Operation Enduring Freedom and has worked globally with customer accounts.

Active in her community, Melissa has served on the Board of Directors for SAFE Shelter and participated in various local initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from Georgia Southern, and a coaching certificate from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Melissa is married to Tim and has a blended family of four children. An avid reader and traveler, she enjoys family time on their small farm in Richmond Hill, Georgia.
