Melissa Hale is a Senior Consultant at The Hayes Group International, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience from both the military and business sectors. Prior to joining Hayes, she served as Senior Vice President of Product Management & Marketing at Gogo Business Aviation, where she led product strategy and managed a dynamic marketing team. Before Gogo, Melissa spent 13 years at Gulfstream Aerospace, where she oversaw Completions Operations, Interior Design, and Customer Program Management, and served as Executive Advisor to the President.
A former C-130 pilot in the U.S. Air Force, Melissa has combat experience from Operation Enduring Freedom and has worked globally with customer accounts, further enriching her leadership expertise.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Melissa is active in her community. She has served on the Board of Directors for SAFE Shelter and participated in various local initiatives. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from Georgia Southern University, and a coaching certificate from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Melissa is married to Tim, and together they have a blended family of four children. She enjoys spending time with her family on their small farm in Richmond Hill, Georgia, and is an avid reader and traveler.
