He is a certified 360° executive feedback coach and a trained organizational development professional, facilitating growth and transformation for executives, teams, and organizations across various sectors, including government, sales, technology, manufacturing, and financial services.
Pat’s coaching work is grounded in his deep expertise in driving organizational change and improving team performance. He has led successful coaching and development programs for senior leaders and teams in both public and private organizations. Notably, Pat served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Carolina First Bank Corporation (later The South Financial Group) and held senior HR leadership roles at Bank of America and SunTrust Bank. In these roles, Pat guided organizations through complex transitions, including mergers and acquisitions, and led talent management initiatives that had a significant impact on organizational culture and performance. His work has consistently helped leaders navigate complex challenges and build high-performing teams.
With a background in human resources and organizational development, Pat holds a bachelor’s degree from LSU and a master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is actively involved in the community and serves on the Executive Committee for the Center for Human Resources Management at Florida State University.
