Randall Baker

Randall Baker is a senior consultant with The Hayes Group and brings over 40 years of business ownership and corporate management experience, specializing in executive coaching, organizational consulting, and strategic management. With a focus on the construction and energy sectors, Randall has worked with clients like ABB, Westinghouse, The Department of Defense Office of Naval Research, AZZ Industries, Egger Wood Products, A1 Sandrock, Powell Industries, Rising Edge Technologies, Guy M Turner Construction, and Delta Plc.

Randall led the mergers and acquisitions practice in an affiliated partnership with HayesNovus.  As part of this effort, he managed manufacturing facilities and oversaw product line relocations in the US and Europe on behalf of his clients during business integration.  Prior to joining The Hayes Group, Randall worked at Westinghouse Electric Corporation and later ABB, where he held diverse roles in engineering, sales, marketing, project management, manufacturing, and general management.  He turned around several businesses from loss positions to profitability.  As a Senior Vice President at ABB he managed the Power Systems business and in their matrix organization served on the ABB project board which oversaw 2B$ in turnover.

Randall holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and has completed executive development programs at the Wharton Executive School of Management and Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
