Sharon Pflieger is a Senior Consultant with The Hayes Group International, specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational change. With over 20 years of experience, Sharon has worked across a variety of industries, helping individuals, teams, and organizations thrive by unlocking their full potential. She is passionate about developing innovative solutions that drive personal and collective leadership growth.
One of Sharon’s most impactful projects involved designing a company-wide leadership model at a major organization, defining what effective leadership looked like at every level, from individual contributors to top executives. She served as the internal coach to the president and leadership team throughout this process, helping to instill the leadership principles across the organization. Sharon’s expertise spans leadership coaching, strategic planning, change management, and organizational development.
Before joining The Hayes Group, Sharon was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where she focused on organizational effectiveness. She also served as Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Gulfstream Aerospace and began her career in learning and leadership development with Deloitte & Touche Management Consulting. Throughout her career, Sharon has been deeply committed to helping organizations navigate change and grow their leadership capabilities.
Sharon holds a B.S. in English Communications from William Woods University and certifications in leadership and change management. She is also a certified master coach, having trained under bestselling author Dr. Martha Beck. A lifelong learner, Sharon challenges herself and others to continuously grow and live at the edge of their potential. She lives in Savannah, Georgia with her husband, Kevin, and their two children.
